Purchase Terms & Conditions

Online Ordering
When you place an order to purchase a product from Thomas Cook Publishing, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you.

Payment

Payment is made through Digi-Sign. All personal details entered including credit card payments are automatically encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). You will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen to confirm this. Payment will be taken from your credit/debit card once your order has been submitted. Included within your payment will be postage and packing, please see delivery section for details.

Delivery

Providing the item you have ordered is in stock we will aim to despatch it the next working day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

£1.50 per item for despatch in UK, estimated delivery in 3-5 working days.
£3.50 per item for despatch in Europe, estimated delivery in 7-10 working days
£5 per item for despatch in the Rest of the World, estimated delivery in 9-12 working days

If you order more than three items you will only pay the postage and packing for three items.

Returns

Damaged or Defective

If you are returning an item(s) to us due to an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective. Return the item(s) to us within 28 days of the receipt of the order and we will give you a full refund including the price you paid for postage to receive and return the item.

Changed your mind?

If you buy online or over the phone and change your mind about any item you have bought, we’ll be happy to refund or exchange the item providing its in a fully resalable condition. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, if you notify us in writing that you wish to return the item within 7 working days after the day of receiving it, we will refund you the purchase price and the delivery charge you paid to receive the item. If you have not contacted us within 7 working days after the day of receiving the item but still wish to return this to us for a refund, we will also accept returns of items provided they are returned to us within 14 working days from your receipt of the item. In this case we will refund the purchase price only, delivery charges will not be refunded. Please ensure the item is in the same condition that you received it.
